When beginning any new project – whether it’s a printed piece, website or video, the first step I take is to understand not just the scope of the project, but the desired outcome, the target audiences and the metrics needed to measure a successful campaign. That’s followed by a strategic session, analysis of existing content, competitors and assets. Then, the gears start turning, the neurons start firing, and we’re off and running. At this point, I reach into my virtual toolbox and use the following technologies, platforms and software to meet my clients’ and stakeholders’ goals.
